The PACSCOM OpenNET 6000 Starter Kit contains all that is necessary to learn and understand the exciting new OpenNET 6000 system. Using the Distribution CD which contains all the necessary Firmware and Software packages you can communicate with and configure the Hub Unit to any of its many standard functions.
The Distribution CD can be used with PC or Laptop with Windows XP Operating System and an Ethernet Port. This allows the user to load and familiarise themselves with the Straton Workbench.
The Straton Workbench is the IEC 61131-3 Graphical Configuration Package integrally incorporated with OpenNET 6000. This provides links via the IP connection (direct or through a hub) to the OpenNET 6000 Module.
Once acquainted other application examples on the CD can be accessed to envisage the additional basic features such as I/O handling and simple RF communications as well as advanced features including GSM/GPRS Communications, NTS Synchronisation and FTP activities for data upload.
